Remember to call the reservation number at least 48 hours before you need a ride.  Reservation phone lines are open from 7:00am to 3:00p.m. every day, at (562) 385-6778.

Please give the operator the following information:

1. Your Name and Rancho Medical Number.

2. Your pick-up address.

3. The exact building where you would like to be dropped off at Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center.

4. Whether you will be traveling with a mobility device or service animal.

5. If you're not riding alone, how many people will be traveling, including a personal care assistant or guest(s), and whether any of them will be using a mobility device or service animal.

Your travel with RRI will be similar to the travel time on a local bus or rail line.  Depending on the other scheduled rides of the day, your ride may or may not be a direct trip to your destination, as this is the most effective way of providing service to as many people as possible, with the given resources available.  In  addition, factors such as road closures, construction, and traffic can influence your travel time.
