PRESENTED BY:  USC / Rancho Los Amigos California Alzheimer's Disease Center in  partnership with the LA County Dept. of Public Health, USC Geriatric  Workforce Enhancement Program (GWEP), the USC L. Davis School of  Gerontology and Alzheimer’s Los Angeles

LOCATION: Rancho Los Amigos Rehabilitation Hospital - Auditorium, 7601 E Imperial Hwy. Downey, CA 90242

A ONE - DAY CONFERENCE: Designed  to bring together health care professionals, including providers,  clinical researchers, residential care facility and community agency  administrators in the greater Los Angeles area who care for persons with  Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias. This year's conference will  focus on the changes taking place in prevention, early recognition and  diagnosis and new and emerging treatments. Presentations by clinicians  and researchers with expertise and extensive experience in dementia will  be complemented by first person experiences of individuals and their  care partners.

In-person conference books or virtual electronic conference books will be provided.  Access to the conference presentations will be available post conference as well.  

WHO SHOULD ATTEND: Physicians,  Physician Assistants, Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Psychologists,  Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists, Care Managers,  Gerontologists, RCFE and Nursing Home Administrators, Pharmacists,  Dentists, Clergy, Physical and Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Planning committee and other providers/health care professionals.
