Neuro‐IFRAH® Certification Course in the Treatment and Management of Adults with Hemiplegia from Stroke or Brain Injury

TIME:  8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. except for the first day, registration starts at 8:00 a.m.

REFUND POLICY: Please submit all refund requests in writing to Remy Chu at rchu@dhs.lacounty.gov. Remy Chu can also be reached at (562) 385‐6280. A refund, less $300 administrative fee will be made if a cancellation notice is received eight (8) weeks prior to the start date of the workshop. Beyond this date no refund will be made unless the space can be filled.
