Kevin Rolfe

MD

Dr Kevin Rolfe serves as the acute care director for the Southern California Spinal Cord Injury Model System through the Rancho Research Institute (RRI) at Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center. He received his undergraduate degree from UC Berkeley and obtained his Doctor of Medicine and Master’s in Epidemiology from Tulane University in New Orleans. He is presently a board certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in spinal surgery with spine fellowship training from Stanford University. He enjoys teaching medical students and residents and is an assistant clinical professor at UCLA School of Medicine and teaches at Rancho as well as Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. His areas of research interest include spinal trauma and myelopathy. His wife is a neurologist specializing in movement disorders and they have four children whom he adores and enjoys when not at work.
