Nicole Bayus

Nicole Bayus is the director of RRI's Clinical Trials Division (CTD). Ms. Bayus is an accomplished clinical research coordinator, having worked on numerous complex and challenging trials during her time at RRI. Under her oversight, RRI has consistently been a national leader in subject enrollment and retention. Her leadership of multidisciplinary research teams has earned RRI a reputation as a standard-bearer for research administration of the highest quality. In her position as Director of the CTD, Ms. Bayus will be building on her experience to shape the overall direction of the department, with a focus on maintaining fruitful relationships with sponsors and investigators, effectively managing personnel resources, and reimagining policies and procedures to ensure the growth of the CTD in an ever-evolving research environment.
