Rancho Research Institute has been at the forefront of groundbreaking rehabilitation research for decades. From spinal cord injury to post-stroke recovery, Rancho has consistently led high-impact clinical trials that have changed lives and advanced care across the country.

Now, we're thrilled to announce the official launch of our expanded clinical trial services, opening the door for new partnerships with companies developing treatments, therapies, and technologies designed to improve life for people with disabilities.

A Trusted Leader in the Field

Rancho is not new to research. We are proud to be one of only 18 Spinal Cord Injury Model System centers in the country. This national designation places us within the largest and most respected network for spinal cord injury research in the world.

Over the years, we've contributed to landmark studies, including first-in-human gene therapy trials like EG-427, breakthrough device testing projects like FitMi, and innovative rehabilitation trials like Emagine 2.0.

Now, through our new clinical research services, we are making Rancho’s world-class infrastructure available to companies and research organizations who want to take their trials to the next level.

Rancho is one of the only nonprofit research sites in California offering end-to-end protocol development and regulatory services. We provide IRB support, subject recruitment, and trial execution. We also work with international organizations seeking to run trials in the U.S.
